  • 1 egg Egg
  • 2 tablespoons Sour Cream
  • 2 tablespoons Ketchup plus more for topping
  • 2 tablespoons Flour
  • 1 envelope Dry Onion Soup Mix 1 ½-ounce
  • 1 pound Lean Ground Beef
  • cup Spicy Hot Vegetable Juice such as V8

Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a large bowl, stir the egg, sour cream, ketchup, flour, and onion soup mix until well-combined.
  • Add the ground beef and mix just until combined.
  • Shape the beef mixture into two loaves on a sheet pan.
  • Bake for 15 minutes. Drain the meatloaf drippings.
  • Coat the top of the loaves with ketchup. Pour the vegetable juice over the meatloaf.
  • Bake for 30 more minutes, or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
