Sausage Ball Ingredients

  • 1 pound hot pork sausage
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups Bisquick baking mix Do not pack down when measuring
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Add more if desired

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a stand mixer, mix together the hot pork sausage and cream cheese until combined.
  • Add in the Bisquick baking mix and stir until combined.
  • Then add in the shredded cheddar cheese and stir until combined.
  • Scoop up meat mixture and form into 1-inch balls and place on baking sheet.
  • Refrigerate the baking sheets for 10 minutes to chill.
  • Once chilled, bake for about 25 minutes. Then serve!
