Ingredients
  

  • ½ large thin baguette
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 6 slices smoked ham large
  • 12 slices uncured salami
  • 2 slices Havarti or white cheddar cheese
  • ½ English cucumber cucumber thinly sliced
  • 2 large slicing tomatoes thinly sliced

Instructions
 

  • Thinly slice the baguette into ⅓-inch slices. Brush the bread lightly with olive oil and place under the broiler for a few minutes.
  • Spread mayonnaise onto each slice and top with sliced tomatoes. Add the cheese and cucumber.
  • Roll or fold the ham and salami and secure the sandwich with a toothpick.
  • Enjoy the sandwiches right away.
