Ingredients
  

Marinade

  • ¼ cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha or more for spicier salmon

Salmon Bites

  • 1 pound salmon fillet
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Garnish: scallions
  • sesame seeds

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, honey and sriracha. Whisk well until thoroughly combined.
  • Cut the salmon into 1-inch cubes and add to the bowl with the soy sauce and honey. Toss well to marinate. Place in the fridge and let marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  • Once the salmon has marinated, add olive oil to a pan over medium high heat. Once the pan is hot, add the salmon and cook for a few minutes on each side, turning as needed.
  • Once the salmon is about cooked through, pour the remaining marinade over the mixture and let thicken for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped scallions and sesame seeds.
