Ingredients
  

  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 12 ounce frozen broccoli florets (approx 4 cups)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • ½ cup sharp cheddar cheese
  • ¾ cup mozzarella cheese
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Cook the broccoli according to the package instructions. If using fresh broccoli, chop and microwave for about 5 minutes.
  • Once the broccoli is done, drain and put into a large mixing bowl. Add cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, onion powder, and spinach. Then mix well to incorporate everything.
  • Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and spread the spinach and cream cheese mixture evenly.
  • Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top and then place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes until browned and bubbly.
