Instructions
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and grease a loaf pan with butter.
In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.
Stir in the melted butter, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla. Mix until the batter is thick and smooth.
Add the flour, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda to the bowl and mix again.
Pour the banana bread into the prepared loaf pan and bake for about 50 minutes.
Cool the bread in the pan, then slice and enjoy!
Notes
Stir in ½ cup chocolate chips before baking for a delicious chocolate chip banana bread.
