- 2 pkgs fresh French green beans
- 1 large orange
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoon unsalted butter
Pierce the green bean packages with a fork. Microwave green beans on high 3 min., until almost fully cooked.
Meanwhile, into a small bowl, zest the entire orange and squeeze juice. Add the garlic and honey to bowl and stir to combine.
In a 12-inch nonstick skillet, melt the butter on medium-high. Add orange glaze and green beans. Season with salt and pepper. Cook 6–8 min., stirring frequently to coat green beans in glaze.
