Instructions
Begin by slicing the fresh cucumbers into quarter-inch slices, the sweet peppers into half-inch slices, and the romaine lettuce into 1-inch slices.
Add the sliced cucumbers, sweet peppers, and romaine to a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, combine the chili oil, sesame ginger dressing, coconut aminos, and everything but the bagel seasoning. Whisk until combined.
Pour the dressing mixture over the vegetables and toss. Serve immediately and enjoy!
